Construction Process

Our goal is to offer a solid constructed product at a reasonable price for every backyard.  

Freedom Boardz construction: 

• Made to Cornhole Pro tournament specs. 
• Board dimensions: 24" X 48"  (Pro regulation size)
• All tops are 1/2" marine grade plywood (weather resistant) 
• No face patches
• All wood is CNC machine cut for perfection
• High resolution images are printed directly on the wood (no wraps, vinyl decals or hand painting 
• Routered edges on the top of the board
• Hardwood Poplar 2.5" frame with center brace for added support 
• Hardwood Poplar 2.5" legs with center brace for added support
• Legs are attached to frame with bolts.
• Pocket hole, screwed and glued 
• 6 inch rountered CNC cut hole 
• Sprayed finish coats of water based exterior spar urethane on boards.
• If you have custom artwork, it is approved before the boards are printed
• Made locally in the United States!
